* IMPORTANT NOTE: The Fire Department’s requirement for brush clearance is 100 ft around all buildings.
The Rancho Glenoaks HOA imposes an additional 30-foot clearance on all property lines, especially those that do not contain buildings.
This work needs to be completed by May of 2005. Graders and brush clearing companies refuse to risk doing the work during the fire season, for fear they would accidentally start a fire scraping rocks. Look on our Website for some recommended contractors.
