Meetings of the Board of Directors are open to all members and held monthly, typically on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m. at Ralston Management office, 28441 Rancho California Rd., Suite 101, Temecula, CA 92590. Meeting agenda is posted onsite, at the management office, and on the website prior to each meeting.

MEETING MINUTES: Copies of Minutes of Board of Directors meetings may be obtained from Ralston Management by submitting a written request along with $10.00 for each set to cover printing and handling.

Should you like to have your payments automatically deducted from your bank account, please print, sign and return by mail to Ralston Management with a voided check. Note that ACH takes one month to go into effect, so make sure to send a payment in the interim.

2024 ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS:
Annual Assessments will be increased to $129.80 per gross acre or fraction of an acre. Assessments are billed annually and are due and payable on a monthly basis.
Monthly installments payments not received by the end of the month are subject to 10% late fees and 12% interest per annum. A $10.00 fee may be charged for each quarterly late statement.
